The Boat
The Charter Boat "Lee Start" is based in Cork Harbour. Pick up points include Cobh, Monkstown, and Crosshaven.
A fast Aquastar "Napier" with Cummins 315HP turbo charged diesel engine, which will get you to the fishing ground quickly and safely.
"Lee Star" is equiped with a 16 mile radar, dual frequency sounder, navigator, cooker, toilet and boarding ladder.
Full raange of safety equipment is also provided - 14 life jackets, flares, 16 man life raft,2 life rings, 4 fire extinguihers and an offshore set of flares.
"Lee Star" is fully licenced by the Department of the Marine for 12 passengers, however for serious fishing we recommend 8 persons as being most ideal.
